Did you have those loud thunderstorms last night? Wow!! One bolt of lightning turned on the lights and set off the smoke detector in my son's room and turned on a musical bear in my daughter's room-spooky!
I've never heard of a pear muffin. I had cheddar pear pie once. It was good, but pretty sweet. I've been addicted to peanuts today-salted in the shell. Needless to say, my desk is a bit messy.
When people used to ask me where Shorty got all of his energy, I'd say, "from his parents..." I, of course, meant it literally because it seemed like the more he had, the less I had so he must have been drawing it away from me.

I'm in the cafe at school eating a 'pear' muffin. I've never had a pear muffin before. Can't say it tastes much like pears but it is very moist and sweet. Mmmm
