Just a quick note, checking in on everyone
while waiting for USPS labels, garden grants and community beautification grants (the beauty of networked printers) to finish printing and relaxing after eating too much chili and nachos (leftovers from Halloween Party last nite). Everyone is asleep here at home and my new indoor office is quiet and warm (unlike old garage office). Makes end of the month SOOO much easier...
Have a safe Halloween, dont eat too much candy (and apples with razor blades sticking out OR that come from a witch)
Colts and ND have BYE weeks, so no sports.
and the Cubs are "Wait till Next Year"

Yeah! I am amongst the people with real, WORKING computers in their own homes!!!! I LOVE my local library and even set on a committee to research expansion BUT, omg, it is SO much nicer being able to come online whenever I want or need to and not be controlled by when they are open and if I can get there.

I think ND would be a good, strong addition to the Big Ten. It must be worth their while to remain independent. I don't follow basketball as closely as football, so I'm not sure which conference ND plays most of those games against. Maybe by being an indy they can have the best of both worlds (conferences) and play more Big East teams in b-ball while playing the stronger Big Ten in football. I know, I just dissed Big East Football, but I couldn't help myself.
