I'm very sad to know that my old school is having Arts Day on Friday and I won't be there for it. It is absolutely the funnest day of the year, hands down. I haven't missed one in five years. Funnest day ever. I'm very happy for them.

I have one more book exchange to do and another month of reading rewards. I need to get my folders all set to turn over to the lovely folks who have stepped up to take over the programs I have handled for the year. They swear they have my number on speed dial. I told them that's why I have an answering machine!

Good point Silver. I guess we can only expect from the children what they see from their parents. This one child really shocks me though-nice family, nice child. My daughter thinks it was a dare. Really ashame.
A bouquet of dandelions can still be beautiful, especially when it is given with love. On the practical side, picking them keeps them from going to seed and spreading their "beauty" even further!
