About that message from Disney saying they were on hold...I received that two years ago and it was around this time of year, too. I didn't get tickets that year because by the time the hold was lifted, I was too late to receive a donation. Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do about this. Just hang on and try again a few weeks from now. I doubt this is a permanent. Hope that helps.
