Thanks everyone....I'm pushing extremely hard. I'm pretty sure that the underwriting sponsorship's won't be a success this year....the Gala Chair took way too long to approve our forms and letters. This website has been a great find for me to get energized and hope for the best.

30 days seems to be the magic number.

MOST places I have contacted have had a minimum requirement of the event being at least 30 days out. So, really push in the next 7 days!

Try the Austin Symphony. They are sending us some passes.
They were fairly quick to respond.

Jennifer - your best bet is to reach out locally with such short time!

Get to all the restaurants and shops in the area! You can email direct the movie theaters (AMC- Regal) and community theaters as well off their websites! Country Clubs/Golf courses always donate games of golf w/carts!

You can work off the list of companies on this site but may be kinda late...........
