Thank you for the replies. You were correct I went back in today and the message was gone. Hopefully I will be able to get tickets.

I just received confirmation we are getting Disney tickets yesterday, had to resubmit some information. Maybe they do need catch up time.

Disney seems to do that every once in awhile - not sure if they need a few days to catch up on back-log. Check back next week.

I requested Disney tickets the first week of December, received a letter on December 11th that we had been approved for them and received the actual Park Hopper cards about 2 weeks ago.
