So I was finally able to submit my Disney Application

I have another question....

We have been getting alot of Gift Cards and not many Basket Items. This is ours PTA's first time having a Tricky Tray and they didn't budget in the cost for us this year, so theres not much money to go around.
I want to get more basket items. Can anyone please post places that donate baskets. Or tell me what other ways I can get more Basket donations? The Gift cards we have gotten are also not monetary ones, only for each store so theres not much money there to use either. How do I go about doing this?

Is there a way to contact Disney? We've been denied three times, but all of our paperwork is in order and we meet their qualifications. I think it is because our 501c3 number is a blanket number given to our organization. If I could just explain this to Disney, I'm sure we'd have no problem Any help would be greatly appreciaed...

When putting together a travel package, you might want to consider asking a family/parent in your school community who will donate airline or hotel by using their airline points or points from Credit Cards.

I just got approved for Disney tickets. So they are still doing it. I would keep trying. I submitted and got approved within minutes.

A Pricelss option:
Ride A Long with local sheriff.
We just got approved to do this and he is going to pick up at the winners house ( up to 4 people), take the kids out to lunch, take them on a tour of the sheriffs office and then take them home in the police cruiser!!

Our event is in March and we just started looking for items now. There is another school that does a tricky tray and we found if we started too early, companies in town got the schools confused and wouldn't donate. Most of our solicitation though is done in January. The holidays kill solicitation.

I hope Disney still donates - I am looking at submitting for them right now. Thy have always been a highlight of our auction!
