For wonderworks Orlando - I went right on their website and requested the donation. I wrote down what I already have like Disney, and that I would love to include Wonderworks in my Orlando Dream Vacation Basket and within a couple of days I got a Yes . I am still working on Accomodations and Airfare because then Seaworld will give me tickets once I show proof of these.

Last year we got a lot of donations from NYC attractions so I will send you the information.
