I contacted Medieval times in orlando and got a call within an hour saying they are mailing two tickets.

Unfortunately we can't change venues as we are holding a Fun Run / end of the year celebration along with the silent auction and we do not have the space to accomodate the festivities at our charter school.

Why don't you just hold the auction at another site? Online auctions are good if you have the right items, but if you don't have big ticket items, you would be better off with a silent auction of parents who will bid to support the school.

Our school is going to do an online and on-site auction as our location will not allow us to exchange money on site so we need to look at online options for collecting bids, etc....Has anyone had any great success with any of the free programs that are out there that they would recommend, or any other online auction advice?

I just went on Disney's website and they are not accepting applications at this time.
