I miss everyone! I guess it's a sure sign that school is now in full swing everywhere. Places to go, people to see, things to do, a.k.a. events to plan, volunteers to find and booths to man! I hope all is well with everyone.
The leaves have turned and are now quickly falling off the trees. I keep wishing for a way to send all our rain to those who need it. The fall chill is in the air and halloween is almost here...hoo-hoo-ha-ha-ha!

We're having a haunted house at school with the 8th grade class to raise money for a trip they are taking. It's a good excuse for me to dress up! I love Halloween!
My Games person for the fall festival stepped down 10 days before the event which is the 27th so I'm running like a crazy person to pull this off. Not enough done..etc.etc...
Still hanging in there though!

Wow! No one has posted here since Sunday! We must be all getting our Halloween costumes in order for the upcoming weekends. We are all set and the kids are just giggly about the whole thing ... can hardly wait.

Practically lived at bowling alley this weekend. Middle school son is on school football team and also bowls. Bowled regular league Sat and bowled a 175, 172 and 141. (I personally am jealous!). Today drive 60 miles to a tournament. Bowls first three games and states he has a sore throat. Now, this is the kid who last year went to school with the flu and diahrea cause he didn't want to miss the MAP tests. Bowls fourth game and is looking sick. Ask if he can bowl the next five games. Yeah he says. Well he does, and quite well actually. Get home and he has a temperature of 101.8. Even hit a 177 today. I can't do that healthy! HA!
