School Board and wellness committee- Supposed to be community, districts, schools, admin and parents on the decision making process but so far NO one can send/find minutes, reports, committee members, etc.. the INfo on district website says see par 3045a (not the exact pg I forget) but miraculously its not included in PDF that we DL like 6 times just to make sure...

Only been in district for 10 days- I already can hear 'em moan when I go to district office and BOE mtg... the school is thrilled that I said "hey U might need to do some 'splaining about your school to me and who do I contact?" and that a Dad wants 2 be involved (they just dont know any better yet)

shawn who made the pre and post school 30min ban on junk? your BOE or principal or state dept edu or someone else? (i wonder if they consulted a pharmaceutical expert on half life of glucose and all its forms)

anyway, maybe we should give out the PAGE TWO reality school award for most creative interpretation of the fed wellness policy law.

Okay I've decided I need to hire someone to just drive my kids around to their events. I would love to be able to come home and get something done instead of driving hither and yon. I'm going to get a laptop and handsfree phone, so I can at least do PTO stuff while I'm sitting and waiting at all the locations! While I'm at it I should probably buy stock in an oil company.
