Crew--Congrats to you and to Shorty. You must be so proud of him and yourself!!
Hope the soak was a good one.
Off to wash 3 very dirty boys who have been on the 4 wheeler and in the mud for the last hour!!! UGHHH more laundry!! I asked them if they left any mud outside or brought in all in with them LOL!! KIDS GOTTA LOVE THEM!!
Woo Hoooo! Shorty is now a Yellow w/stripe belt and I'm a Blue belt. Testing was brutal - nearly three hours. I had to spar with a male fourth degree black belt. I got two strikes in but only one counted because the other was, um, below the belt. :o
Today was the self defense class and it was awesome.
Now I'm going to go soak in the bath for about two hours and then go to bed and sleep until tomorrow! Maybe by then I'll be able to roll out of it as gracefully as d did!!!

Whew, good cover Shawn....
Uh, I mean, "Yeah. What he said." It's definitely a twin thing. But we're not a clique or anything. You can all be honorary twins in our twin club.
Wish me luck, I'm heading to Birmingham to test for my Blue Belt in karate. Shorty is testing for his yellow w/stripe belt. I should be good and sore for that self-defense class tomorrow (which is tomorrow and not last saturday like I had on my calendar...) Woo, Sunday should be a fun day. Maybe I'll find a colorful way to describe my roll out of bed. If I can roll out of bed on Sunday.

We all have long flowing hair and a great figure ~ yeah that's my story and I am sticking to it!
I have got to get back into the gym. I think I have more months on the calendar where I haven't gone to the gym on a regular basis - its pitiful. Monday will be my start over day ~ it may kill me but I am going. It's spring break - one can hope many will have gone on spring break trips/vacations and the gym will be quiet.
It's Italian night tonight ... homemade garlic breadwith melted butter, spaghetti with meatballs drenched in tomato basil sauce and a nice bottle of Merlot ... mmmm! Now what for dessert ....
