PTO Today Nationals at Rockingham Dragway?

At dragstrips they name the right and left (or tower and spectator) lanes based on the ads at the end. I can hear it now, "In the PTO Today lane we have Joe CrewChief in his '68 Hemi 'Cuda and in the PTA lane it's John Force in his Castrol GTX Ford Mustang Funny Car. Oh, and Mr. CrewChief takes the win!!!"

I like the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim moniker (they were once the California Angels) -- at least Artie Moreno is courting us fans up here (Yes he'll rename it- gotta make up for lowering the beer prices and to get another bat- Grew up a Cubs and Tribe fan but I've adopted the Halos since '94 - plus their prices and stadium are family friendly (the Angels even let us play our fantasy baseball games there once a yr)

the Idiots that run the LA Dodgers have always sent us stuff for auctions but when we try to do a baseball related activity -- we get the, "your not part of LA" (well I'm not anymore I moved) but lasttime I checked the old zip was LA County and FULL of Dodger fans

It's a shame that names of famous stadiums, tracks, etc. are losing out to big business. I'm proud my Angels (Anaheim Angels... none of that L.A. stuff, please) went back to Angel Stadium. Although I'm sure it's just a matter of time before they sell the naming rights again...

d, I bought the wrong jelly beans. Nobody will eat them. I thought they were the regular kind but they were the spice kind. I like spice drops but not generic spice jelly beans. Ewwww Shorty's snagging all the Peeps, hubby's going after the Dove chocolate eggs and I'm all about the Whoppers eggs. I LOVE those.
