I am thinking of creating a software package for PTO Management. It should be able to handle Memberships, renewals, accounting (treasure's report), other various reports, volunteer information and so forth.
Since it is in the begining stages, it can be just about whatever!
If you are interested in this, please e-mail me and we can discuss it. This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Folks.... listen to what Fade said back in May!!An Access database is going to get you a lot more mileage than an Excel spreadsheet. For those of you who've already dumped their information into Excel... it's easily transportable/transferable to Access (the beauty of intergrated software).
With a little bit of thought... only one input form for a volunteer... and you can pull down reports by grade / room / function / volunteer / or whatever other you think you might need and include in the original entry.
