I'm not aware of any software that does that. But it does sound great. I would love to know where/how/what/more about it!!!
It could make things soooo much easier.

I heard somewhere that there is software designed for PTOs that allows you to input your parents names and info and the activities for which they have volunteered and it would then print it out by classroom or by activity. I know that it may be possible to do this on EXCEL but I'm not sure about it. Does anyone know of such software?
