Our board consists of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasure, and we added Reporter this year. However, our secretary and treasurer had to step down and the VP and Reporter are the same person. So it consists of 2 people at the moment. And NO ONE wants to volunteer. How do you get parents more interested and involved??
We have President, Vice President(this year we have co-prez and no vice), Secretary, Treasurer, VP of Fundraising, Room Parent/VIP coordinator(2 people-one does k-2 and one does 3-5). We added the position of Family Involvment Coordinator, but no one stepped up for that spot. We also added a Grant/Donation Coordinator.
Our PTO board consist of a president, vice-president, secretary, treasurer, reporter and 2 at-large members. After talking with some of the other officers, we feel that our board needs to be restructured. Perhaps combine the secretary - treasurer position, create a volunteer recruiter position. :confused: Looking for suggestions on how some of your board are structured.
