Conferences 2005 Sneak Preview

I would love to see one in the Nashville area. We live in Jackson, TN and flew to the Chicago one this past year. I hope if you do not have one in the TN area you will at least have one at a hotel with transportation like you did in Chicago last year as that will enable people to fly in and be close to the airport. We have already budgeted in money for next year to send at least one person to the conference (we had 2 this year) depending on the costs involved we will send as many as possible,

To clarify a bit, because I know these requests will keep coming in:

Locating our conferences every year is a huge challenge. So many factors. Hotels that fit. Dates that fit. How much staff time we have. And most importantly -- trying to help as many groups as possible.

The Philly_Jersey thing is a great example. Everyone in the Northeast is within approx. 3 hours of a conference, assuming we go to Philly and Framingham, MA again. I realize that 3 hours is too far for some people, but contrast that to some other areas (where we've never been at all). Huge cities/areas like LA and San Francisco and Florida and Nashville and Colorado and Minneapolis.

As our staff keeps growing and as we get better at this stuff, we'll be able to do more conferences per year. But in the meantime, it's a pretty good bet that if we do, say, Chicago, then we're likely not going to do Indianapolis. It's 100% because of our efforts to cover as wide an area and as many groups as possible.
