We divided the items out in half and put them in inexpensive plastic boxes/bins we bought at the Dollar Store. We added tissue paper to make it look festive. I have a committee member who is familiar with crafting/scrapbooking items so she divided them up fairly equally. There is definitely a lot of items that come with this donation!
Stampin' Up provided us with a box of scrapbook supplies and tools. Lots of paper, stickers, punches, etc. If someone is a crafter, they will enjoy. It needs to be put in an actual basket to be displayed well, but it is a very nice donation.
Thank you for the advice! Already received my Chocolate tour tickets and found a bunch more places to request in both towns. My event isn't until July, so I have plenty of time to keep searching.
Hey folks, I just got the yes on the Stampin' Up! basket valued at $300. They say they'll mail it in 2 weeks, but my event is in 4 and I want to promo it. Is there anyone else on here who has gotten this donation in the past and can tell me a little bit about what is included, how presentable it looks, etc? Thanks.
