Here is some information online about the Cancun Hotels that I found. Both hotels appear to be 2.75 or 3 star hotels. They are older hotels that seem well cared for. When watching the promo videos, turn off the music and ignore the food and items that can be easily created. Look at the hardscape, buildings, furniture, flooring, etc. to get an idea of the properties condition. I think the rooms should be valued at around $130 per night, which is about 50% less than they value the rooms at.
