Bradford Portraits - just had a Dad tell me about their experience there. It was great and he got a fabulous portrait that he is thrilled about. Of course they try to get you to buy more portraits than the one that comes with the package - but he said they were very professional and he is considering going back to get another one. Overall it was a very positive experience. Another Mom told me a similar thing - but she used her package about 3 years go.
