At our auctions this spring, we've sold different breeds of puppies at five school and nonprofit events. They bring $2k to $5k in our markets.
The Humane Society doesn't agree with the sale of animals at auction. And as a warning, you're sure to raise the tempers of some parents, too.
But I believe that if you do the marketing properly, you'll find the animal a great home and you'll raise significant money.
