I just used the contact us page on their website. It took a while to get a response, although I contacted them about 2 months before our event. I'm not sure if you contacted them closer to the event that you would get a quicker response.

@Xtreme VP Did you try Blue Orange Games? They are sending us a big box of games, and all we had to do is pay the shipping. Not totally free, but it only cost us $13.00 and we have enough for two baskets.

I got a call from cabot cheese today and received my gift certificate and contacted stampin up last week and received a box today filled with goodies.

We just got in a My Twin doll. Applied thru the web site and they never replied, just sent the doll. Also, we just got our Big Bird Autograph and feather. Soooo excited. I never thought at 41, I would get so darned excited about Big Bird. LOL!!!
