The ULTIMATE Donation List

For the start of the new school year I just re-posting SL Fournier's original guidelines for this thread:

I've noticed that a lot of the listings for auction/raffle donations are quite old. Both the economy and company policies change over time, so I am starting a new Thread. I have found it tedious to go through pages and pages of a thread to get what we all really want - Names and contact info of national corporate donors people have been successful with. So, I ask the following:

PLEASE:
1) Only list sources you have had success with.
2) If you have questions for a poster, please contact them directly - not through this thread. This thread is supposed to be a Listing.
3) Use the following format for your listing

COMPANY NAME
-- Mailing Address -or- URL for online form
-- How long it took you to get a response
-- What did the company donate?
-- Your comments

My husband and I are PTO presidents at our son's school this year. We've been involved in trying to find raffle prizes for an upcoming event and know how daunting it can be. We'd like to offer up our company info for anyone looking for gift certificates to be donated for a raffle. I'm not sure how many we'll be able to donate and disburse...it would just depend on the responses we receive from now until the end of the school year. If you are interested, you can send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with your donation request, including the date of your event. You must be a non-profit and supply your tax number with your request. Our website is www.MyThreeGolfers.com in case you are interested in viewing our products. Hope this will be a help to some of you.

I have had amazing luck with Kohls providing a service and a donation. Through their Kohl's Cares for Kids initiative; last year they provided 5 volunteers for 3 hours on the day of our carnival and donated $500. I contacted my local store to see if we could get some gift cards and she told me about the program.

I suggest you ask your local store if you have them in your area.

Just wanted to let you know that I just applied for a disney donation and just got an email that we have been given 4 one-day hopper passes. I was not even going to do it, but decided what the heck. So glad I did cause I thought it was going to be a waste of time, It does take a bit of working filling out the application. So I say, if it doubt, go for it
Thanks to the peoiple on this forum who gave me some great ideas
