In response to sqd66's post, you've got it exactly right!
Different color tickets for each level (i.e. basket value). We also put different colored ribbons on each level and different colored text on the basket labels and the ticket bucket labels.

I have not used the TenMarks coupon I received, so do not know if they are going to ask for any other details. But I'm not too worried about it; it SHOULD be easy and fully automated to get a donation from a web-based software company; the more they have to put people (not scripts) on to a donation program, the more those donations will cost the company.
After my auction, I'll check in with the buyer and ask them about it, then I'll report back.
Also, Keurig is just a brand, owned and managed by Green Mountain Coffee Company.
With TenMark
They sent me an email the next day after I signed up. In this email is a code to use. Once the winner of this prize signs up online they can then put in this code and their subscription will be paid for 12 months for online math programs.
This is good for grade levels 3-10, and it's mapped to state standards. I think this is a wonderful donation from a wonderful company.
I am using this donation for our silent auction and I had to make up the "certificate" so people know what they are bidding on. You dont want people to bid on this item unless they have online access. Then I will give the winner the special code for them to sign up at home.
Our Highlight Magazine donation took start to finish 3 weeks. We didn't get a response just the package came 3 weeks after our fax was sent to them.
I have the TenMark question as well. Hopefully the person who put up the link will reply soon.
I got a confirmation from Keurig that I will get a donation..haven't rec'd yet .But I had no response from GMCR. They do state on their form that an e-mail will come 2 weeks before the event. Those who received a response from GMCR how quick did you hear back from them? I started requests late October for our event on April 2nd. Hopefully will see the items coming in soon.
For those holding Tricky Tray raffles...How did you differentiate the tickets?
I only see raffle tickets 25 per page with a door prize so 26 total in quantities of 500 being sold by ticket companies. How do you do the different prize levels? We were thinking of buying three different colors and charging more for the larger tier-priced items. Is that how it's done. This is our first Tricky Tray and we seem to be doing well but got stuck with this issue. Thanks in advance for the repsonses. This site has helped me so much!

I had already received notification from Keurig about receiving a coffee maker, so when I was applying at GMCR I asked for their silent auction basket and not the coffee maker (you can chose between the two on the application), so now I'm getting the coffee maker and a gift basket!
