Bearmnt, I had the same problem. It was because I was using Google Chrome and the site isn't compatible. You have to use Internet Explorer.

has any one had a problem with the keurig site? I cant get it past the second data screen.

no, the WDW tickets cannot be upgraded in any way. they're considered a comp ticket and have to be used as is.
