We have had a lot of luck with local entertainment places like bowling alleys, Major League Soccer, mini golf, restaurants, ice cream shops, and pizza places. I found a lot of places to submit requests to by searching for Texas donation requests(The state we are located in). I have also searched for company headquarters located near our school. Unfortunately I have received quite a few 'nos' due to the fact that many companies no longer have anything left to donate this late in the year and that we are just one elementary school putting on the event.

I do have a question for anyone who has advice on the Disney tickets. Our school is new and is unable to have a raffle until we have had our 501 c 3 for 3 years. My only option is to put the tickets into the silent auction. In your opinion, would you put all four together or would you break them up into two different sets?

I wrote a proposal for Disney on Thursday 9/29 and we were approved on Monday 10/3.

I received an email from Green Mountain saying they will be shipping a Keurig Brewer on December 5th for our event on December 15th. I was wondering if they are pretty accurate on their shipping date? I hope it arrives in time for our event.
