Kings Island does not have a per year limit on passes? We're having a spring festival, but our event is traditionally held in the fall ... so I've been selective this spring about where to get donations, since we can't double dip with most places. If they'll donate twice, that would be great!

In addition I wanted to ask has anyone event looked to etsy.com for donations before I have been thinking because those are small businesses or people working from home they may want the advertisement? Then again because they are small they may not want to give up profits! There are a lot of really nice items (Gift baskets, and jewelery) that could raise money. Has anyone ever tried to contact these sellers?

My auction is February 19th and I applied to Kings Island yesterday and was approved. so at the auction we will list them and then mail the tickets to the winner once they come in. we did that last year with no problem.

I also run a 2nd auction to be held in November 2012 and I applied to KI. If approved they send me a voucher for the 2013 season. Again thats what we did last year and so the winner just turns it in this year for 2 tickets..

For organizations from Indiana, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Illinois, Tennessee and Ohio...Kings Island has opened thier donation request. I believe they only take requests in the month of February, and they do not mail tickets until late March. Your auction would have to be in the summer sometime, for the tickets are good for the upcoming seaseon only. apps.visitkingsisland.com/public/news/charitable/
I filled my form out yesturday and recieved an approval last night.

Ashley, I just posted the address on page 178! It took about a month for them to respond, just sent the package right to the school! Yay!

How do you request a donation from Highlights? The fax I have is always busy. Thanks!
