I'll tend bar, what's the speciality? I would also like a piece of that cake.
We had our first dinner Thursday at SIL's house and then I cooked at our house Friday, but did not make any dessert. We don't each much sweets, but I do miss the smell of them cooking.
Today is my oldest son's 9th birthday. Would anyone like some leftover choclate cake?
The irony of commitment is that it’s deeply liberating-in work, in play, in love. The act frees you from the tyranny of your internal critic, from the fear that likes to dress itself up and parade around as rational hesitation. To commit is to remove your head as the barrier to your life. --Anne Morris
I made 2 turkeys for thanksgiving, my first was 30 lbs. and the 2nd was 21 lbs. With nothing left to even make a sandwich- what a bunch of pigs!
My wonderful sister-in-law called a few days before thanksgiving and asked if her husband can make the mashed potatoes because my niece doesn't like mine! No one else seems to have a problem.
At first I laughed and said go ahead it's one less thing I have to cook. But later on I become insulted. Now, even Kma is afraid of my potatoes!
There's only one thing left to do and thats drink until I'm happy again!!! Who's tending bar anyway?
And, of course, it will all be virtually stain resisant so we won't have to worry about staining anything. Not that I don't carry an arsenal of Shout wipes eveywhere!
