After yesterday I could have used some of those margaritas and fudge. Had to take Mon. off of work to deal with elderly parents' issues then the media decided to over kill the tropical storm (depression) that was headed my way. So what happens, daycares close, I have work deadlines that were last minute, ex-husband can't take the time off of work to watch the little ones, so I'm home with two children that have more energy then the energizer bunny. I tried to work from home, but the interruptions made that impossible. Go in today, and was told "Oh, we really didn't need that done by today."

Alabama Slammer
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 oz sloe gin
1 oz amaretto
1 oz Southern Comfort
dash of lemon juice
PREPARATION:
Pour the amaretto, Southern Comfort and sloe gin in a chilled highball glass with ice.
Add the dash of lemon juice.
Stir well.
Strain into a shot glass.
Texas Tea
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz tequila
2 oz rum
2 oz vodka
2 oz gin
2 oz bourbon
2 oz triple sec
2 oz sweet and sour mix
cola
PREPARATION:
Fill a 1 gallon pitcher with ice.
Pour all the ingredients, except the cola, into the pitcher.
Stir well.
Add the cola to taste.
Stir again.
Pour into a glass over ice and serve
