Can't beat the fact that someone else will make the bed when I leave the room-- however all the box tops and campbell's labels that I bring to cut and count while I'm out of town covering the other bed is a bit much to look at-- I can just imagine what the maids think when see a pile of soup labels on the second back with a note-- please do not throw away-- or a pile of cookie dough order forms on the desk to input into the computer at night-- I wish I was a fly on the wall some trips.... Margarita's help a lot!!!
Okay--well I guess first I need a business...then I'll get a business trip. I always smile when my hubby fusses about going out of town...hmmm, dinners out, clean beds that are made every day (and I don't have to make them). It's tough I'm sure.
He did buy me a laptop for my bday so I'm starting a blog. I'll let you guys know when it is up and running. It's entitled "Random thoughts while parenting". I hope it'll be fun...
That's what I need...a business trip. I wonder if I could figure out a reason why I need to go to the corporate office.....hmmmm. It won't happen. Instead my hubby has a business trip next week and the fundraiser I'm chairing is due back. My dining room will be covered with order forms! Maybe it will be better if he's gone, so I don't have to see him rolling his eyes at me! I think there will be lots of takeout next week.
First time to post here-- always on the other blogs posting--
Had to go out of town for work the day after school started-- what a crazy week- my poor husband had to jump into the schedule immediately while I was gone-- the poor thing-- he had to do what I do everyday-- not including my PTO work, the laundry, my club activities and so much more-- the the day never ends-- I love to go out of town for work-- this is my paid vacation.... where I can have a martini, put my feet up and I don't have to put the clothes away-- they can stay on the bed all week long..... miss the kids though!
Wooohoooo, Luv! Congratulations. Never too much time. I'm sure JHB is welcoming you with open arm. I wonder if she has anything like the Lollipop Guild or the Lullaby League?????
