Well, I just did my good dead for the year. i booked my mother-in-law on a flight from orlando to here in march for 8 days. At least I have a couple of months to get prepared to hear how when her kids were at home and how she was able to cook every night and how my kids eat too much junk.

yep--I just knew mentioning peosi would get Shawn motivated. Speaking of mil's, Shawn, is yours better?

We had some nasty weather today. I was caught on the road in it and went to the boys school, where they were in tornado status. My youngest doesn't even like lightening, so i knew he would be freaking, and sure enough, he was crying, which had his best friend crying. So there I am, at 33, and overweight, on my knees on the floor in tornado position. God probably got a good laugh out of that one. Anyway, all turned out well.

off to watch Spongebob with the boys........

I'm here, just really busy. The kids went back on Thursday and I really miss them. We were doing science projects in the morning, having fun out and about, then geography/history in the evening. I still have Christmas stuff out but it's because I need to move stuff in the basement to find room to store the Christmas stuff. We had a really good Christmas and a very boring New Years but we are almost back to full speed. I'm still really frustrated with our group and trying to figure out my next step. No help on books, haven't had time. Been reading bits of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire to my 7 year old. My husband says I missed my calling as a storyteller because when I read, every come and listens, even the 3 year old. It's not doing much for me as I have read the book, but I love that we are sitting around as a family doing some educational. Hope all is well with every one else.

The irony of commitment is that it’s deeply liberating-in work, in play, in love. The act frees you from the tyranny of your internal critic, from the fear that likes to dress itself up and parade around as rational hesitation. To commit is to remove your head as the barrier to your life. --Anne Morris

Thanks for the words of encouragement everyone. Yes, ‘things’ will work themselves out in time. On the brighter side only a few more months until spring; a season of change is always refreshing. Before you know it we will be on summer break and may have to think up excuses to break out the electric lemonade. ;)
