Please see your email. I sent two attachments. The first one is the survey and the second one is the results. I think a survey is a great way to find out what the parents want. We included check off questions in the front and fill in the blank questions in the back.
Good luck!

Holly I don't have an example since we are doing our first ever year end survey this year. Right now we are concentrating on our family nights and events. We listed all of our fun nights and are asking them to choose their top three. We also listed a bunch of new ideas and asked them to check any they would like us to consider. There is also a place they can make suggestions for events and a place that we can contact them about their idea. Our fundraisers are pretty low keyed for the fall so we don't approach that by survey because then everyone and their uncle want your group to sell their product! As we work on it I will let you know..my principal just got the first copy today to look at!

Do any of you have an end-of-the-year survey you send out to your parents regarding the events & fundraisers you hosted during the school year to see what they will/did support, etc.? If so, I'd appreciate looking at it.

Thanks bunches,
Holly
