After new information came to light about my situation in PTO, I have decided to resign. As some of you may know thru other topics, I was unable to get along with some members. Numerous things were said about me last year that I was unable to defend. Most if not all of that was lies. We pretty much have the same board this year. I thought that I could turn the other cheek and remember that I was there to help the children. I guess my skin isn't as tough as I thought it was. I am unable to effectively do my job with all the resistance. It all centers around one person, but that one person apparently has a lot of pull at the school. I was giving college educated women too much credit. I have known some of them for 4 years. I thought they all liked me and would know that I wasn't capable of the things I was accused of. I guess the bottom line is that I am beaten. Unable to do this any longer.
