The email that I received was a personal one stating pretty much what your voicemail said. It was basically a "I think" something will be sent out. This was sent last Monday and I have not heard anything since.
Does anyone have a copy of that e-mail? I recieved a voicemail stating that they were going to e-mail me about December 22nd and I haven't heard or seen anything yet.
At this point they have $12,000 of our money and I cannot get ahold of anyone. Not even the detective. She is out until after the holidays.
