Great Lakes Scrip Users check in....

We just started with GLSC in October, and so far three orders ($1k each) have gone great with no backorders. I think it is important to keep your eye on these companies all the time. We've been burned three times now (National Scrip, Schoolpop, and Scrip Advantage).

Absolutely no problems with Great Lakes Scrip after one year of using them. Great customer service and no back orders.

This is our third year using Great Lakes Scrip and have not had a problem with backorders. The only computer problem we had was downloading the excel order sheet. Other than that they have been great to work with.

We just began selling scrip through GLSC this month. I was a bit leery about scrip programs after reading the Scrip Advantage postings... but, so far, so good!

Hi! Our school is brand new this year, and we had signed up with Scrip Advantage just prior to the school year beginning. We did not start our Scrip program until early October. If it were not for this board, I would not have known about the problems Scrip Advantage was having. We immediately switched to Great Lakes, and they have been AWESOME! Wonderful customer service, and not one backorder.

Hi all! After the Scrip Advantage situation, I think its really important for all of us to communicate about our Great Lakes Scrip experiences.

I'd be willing to bump up this thread once a month and would really appreciate it if GL customers post their current experiences. For example, if anyone is experiencing back-orders, computer system problems, etc. post it here.

In this business, I think its crucial for us to know the first sign of trouble so we can make an informed decisision before placing a new order.

Happily, in Nov. we have had wonderful experiences with GL Scrip so far. Not one back-order yet!
