Emnosa, I found this site because I was searching for a place to vent my frustation about that EXACT thing. We were supposed to receive our order on Aug 19th...I did not receive a phone call until 6:30 PM on the 19th that there would be a delay. Then when we did get the order, it wasn't complete.
I just called and spoke with Paige who answered the phone with a very rude Hello??? And she had the nerve to tell me to call someone else to find out when the back orders would be shipped.
I am so frustrated with the lack of customer service I could pull my hair out. I realize delays happen. I realize that they have some unhappy customers and their days are probably not run right now. But that does not excuse rude unprofessional behavior.
