After many unanswered emails and phone calls from Desktop, I have finally been told my reimbursement check for going out and purchasing all our school's backordered items just might be coming my way - I'll believe it when I have it in my hands. Our school used a different company in the past for school supplies and had no problem at all - so I know that there are good companies out there, just not DESKTOP. After this hassle, I'm thinking I could open my own business in my local area. I agree with everyone else the most frustrating thing has been the lack of customer service, especially the lack of response when you leave a message for anyone at DESKTOP. When I have spoken to someone, I've had to re-explain my situation so many times its ridiculous.
We have used EPI for many years and have never had an issue. We are extremely happy this year and everything was delivered on time and 100% complete. You might try them for help.

We never got the rest of our supplies or a refund. Dealing with the folks at Desktop at this point seems to be futile. We've enlisted the help of a lawyer.
How long ago did you request your refund? I just spoke with Tamera and she indicated, as I figured, that our back order did NOT ship on Friday even though two people told me last week that it would. I asked for an email/call confirming it had or had not shipped...heard nothing...sent an email this week asking if it did or did not ship....heard nothing.
