They moved the voting to next Wednesday. I just hope this extra week doesn't give her a chance to pull anything or call people. I talked to the principal on the phone the other day, not about my son though. He wants me to come in and dicuss that with him personally. He asked me if I wanted my name on the ballot or not. I told him to go ahead but I wasn't putting my heart and soul into this election like I did last year. I told him what was the point if people are going to call members and tell lies about me and that they shouldn't vote for me. He also told me that he thought all the pettiness within the PTO last year would be gone with me and the former president gone, but he informed me that it has gotten worse. That made me feel somewhat better.I also had a chance to tell him a few of my ideas that I wanted to do last year, I think he liked them. I don't even know if I am gonna show up to vote!! Hopefully this lady has ticked enough of the right people off. I don't know..maybe. I'll let you guys know.

Well, there are a few problems there. First of all, there is only 2 buses and she is in charge of getting the children on both. Second of all, I was the secretary for 2 years, although I got to know the workings pretty good during the second year because our pres. got a job and was never available for anything, so me and the treasurer basically took over. Third of all, the voting is tomorrow during the PTO meeting that no one is going to except this woman and the board as usual. Most people don't even know that there is an election tomorrow. Most people don't care because they have given up on the whole PTO thing. In fact they have the lowest membership this year because no one cares anymore. Fourth, I don't care if anyone sees what I write on this board!! Everything I have stated is true and I would love to see one of those people try and dispute it! I think I am just gonna tell him to go ahead and put my name on the ballot, there is also a grandparent running. Maybe she has ticked enough people off! As for the bus situation, I am going to tell the principal that I will take it to the school board if nothing is done. Also if there is a second situation, I will get the police involved.
Scoob--I call for a definate "coo" here. (correct term?). You know how to get it done--especially if you were a past pres--I'm sure you have alot of contacts. Reminder AGAIN guys though--watch what you post on this board. Can you ask that she switches to another bus that your kids aren't on? I feel the school could at least do this for you.
