Question: Fundraising Chair

What are my duties? Everything that I try to do with fundraising the President seems to take over. HELP, I need a detailed explanation of my duties.

Unfortunately, you are going to have to get that from your President. Each PTA/PTO runs differently. In our group, the Fundraising Chair picks the fundraiser (with suggestions from everyone), gets the packets out, sends out reminder flyers, collects the packets, organizes the orders as per the company's instructions, places the order, organizes the shipment when it arrives, and oversees disbursment. Of course, she can recruit as many volunteers as she needs.
