Question: Back to School Teacher Gifts

I am wanting to do gifts from the PTO for our teachers/ Staff (40 est) and had seen an idea (i did not save ugh) .. using mostly school supplies. Highlighters, notepads, etc Some of the items would have a little cute note attached with a "cheesy" saying (I am so into that & my peeps love it) ... I have teachers from K3 through 12th grade and also a librarian, custodian, and office staff as well as 3 administrators and fine arts teachers..... any suggestions and ideas appreciated FYI- Budget friendly please
