Secured Gifts-In-Kind Auction Donation Form

Every soliciting committee member will turn in one of these form's for each individual donor/company. It contains areas for contact information, donation information, delivery information, and display information. Contains areas for your contact information, event logo, and deadlines. It is meant to be printed in triplicate, with the top copy going to your development office, the second copy being placed in a binder for your solicitation chair, and the third copy going to the donor. This does not take the place of a thank you, but is a receipt of their gift and a way for you to gage what donations are coming in, what donations you have, and what donations are needed.
