Hi Jen. I have found the easiest method of contact is going straight to their Contact website page. It will give you the option to mail your request, email your request, or will provide a link to their donations web page. This is easiest to do. This is what we all had to do. The ones you can do online are the quickest and you can send a bunch out in a short amount of time.
I was looking for the actual list of companies and addresses. I saw that you said to go to the beginning of the thread. I'm not too familiar with this type of venue. Where is the beginning? I have 80 pages!! The beginning had messages from over a year ago. Please help.

Concerning Authors, most authors have their own websites and usually there is some kind of contact information posted. I would focus more on one's that post their own email address or mailing address than the one's who post that you can only contact them through their publisher.
