There are tons of great ideas for creating baskets as well ideas for displaying gift cards in creative ways, like this memo board.
I ran across this when searching for companies that do donations. It is a mailing list from a Boy Scout group. It is from 2014, so you may need to double check addresses and information but there are hundreds of names on this list. At least it may give ideas of companies we hadn't thought of. Also if you short on time to research, you could just print the mailing list and take your chances - I'm guessing if you mailed something to all of them, you'd have a decent response.
