I can't even begin to tell you how much help this board has been as a starting point. I went off the original list and from there I began to think of so many other companies to request donations from. While we are still waiting on most of our donations to come in I wanted to add two we received yes from. Please keep in mind we are a non profit from Southern California so I believe both of these will only except requests from local organizations.

Thanks so much for sharing your list of successes with so many new companies. Could you please provide your method of contact? Many do not have donation process information on their websites (other than the norm GMCR, disney, etc). Are you just emailing them or do you know people at these companies?

please keep in mind some of these places are local (Portland, OR) For people asking about hotel stays if you google your town (or most populated by you) hotel donation some should come up. For portland a bunch showed up.

Re: Hotel stays - Try to find Inns or Hotels that are family owned, they are more apt to give you a stay. If you know someone that works in the hotel & they know the manager, that helps too. Hope this helps you out. (in the search area put family owned inns/ hotels and see what pops up for you). :o)

Where are you located? I sent a bunch of letters to hotels and only got one and its just ok but I'm grateful to have it. I found a lot of hotels online but also go turned down.
