Hi- I was just asked to be the c-chair for our elementary schools silent auction. The event will take place next March. When should I start soliciting donations? Is it too early to ask now for March 2014?

When you make a program of prizes that are included in your event what does everyone do? Just make a spreadsheet in excel???

This year Canvas on Demand emailed a certificate to me, about 3 wks before the event. Much better than having the package arrive the day of the event like last year!

My event is may 21 but I think my letter asked to have donations by may 1 . Hope that helps!!!!
