Wheel of Fortune package showed up the day of our carnival and OTC was 5 days late but the letter/donation certificate is good for a year. We sent out our letters three months in advance.
Hi - Sponsorships and ticket sales were key! We had great sponsors this year. We got our dinners donated as well as the tent and cake which helped. We only had to rent linens and tables/chairs and pay for programs and decorations. We had very low overhead. We had great silent and live items which helped immensely. Good luck!
