From what I understand, they do send actual cheese, I saw a picture of the way it is sent but I cant find it now...if I remember correctly it is like 6 cubes of different cheeses. I know that they do tell you that you have to refrigerate it...our event date changed, and I emailed them to let them know, so they are sending it later than originally planned. Plus, from what it says on their site they don't ship donations during the month of May-like August because of the heat.
Re Cabot Cheese. I guess it depends. They told me they are sending a cheese gift box and that it must be refridgerated upon arrival. They were very specific about that. Sounds like they send ouut different things.
Carrie - Cabot cheese sends a display board and a gift certificate for a specific selection of cheeses. It's a nice display - but no actual cheese arrives.
For those who recieved Cabot Cheese. How does it come? Our event is in three weeks and we just need to know how it arrives. Do we need extra hands to cut and seperate cheese? So if someone could let me know that would be great.
Just an Idea! At our school our gym, music, art, library teacher, and principal offer the kids to be them for a day as part of the auction and it is a HUGE HIT!
The kids really love the idea of being art teacher, principal, music teacher, or library teacher for a day.
Of course you would have to get your school to agree to it. The kids really love it.
