Thanks everyone! An idea we are doing is featuring a groupon item a week at our school for parents to purchase if you would like to donate that item to the auction. We try really hard to get the parents to participate in the donation process and this really helps them get great deals and high priced items for the auction. Look under groupon goods
Talked to a stock broker today. He's willing to talk to older kids (and their parents) about the stock market and will donate free trades.
Talked to my dentist. He donated Zoom whitening and a professional-grade tooth brush. (These always go over big.)
The eye doctor usually donates a pair of sunglasses and also a certificate for services.
One of the landscapers locally usually donates a full-sized tree and planting services. I've asked someone with a Master Gardener certification for a custom landscaping plan.
@sam I'm running out of a lot places to email as well, however if you have the time I did have a lot of luck going to local restaurants

I might call the IRS tomorrow to check & see what the hold up is. I'm not sure that it's worth all that, though. The last time I called them, I was on hold forever. and it wasn't even tax season yet. LOL
