We got some gift cards from mywinesdirect.com (i know, some people can't use alcohol related stuff but this worked for our event)....

Autographed books from Kevin Henkes and Ina Garten.

Bitty Baby from American Girl (although you can only get one donation every 4 years).

Certificate for a free pair of Crocs from the Crocs company.

$20 gift certificate from Dick's Sporting Goods.

We also got gift cards from Cracker Barrel, Panera, Starbucks, Texas Roadhouse.

Both Dick's and Starbucks require that you submit request online. All others I sent out our letter.

We also got donations from Stampin' Up and Highlights, which I think were both mentioned here.
