We did not get any kind of confirmation. It just showed up in the mail.

We didn't try but another school in our area got something from each Cold Stone they visited. Starbucks storew will also give you something. Try the sports complexes in your area as well. Batting cages, Ice Skating.

Sorry, I spelled it wrong. It is Olan Mills. I went on the website and on the contact us portion I filled out the online form.

I clicked on the general comment, question section and pasted the letter we were sending out in the comments section.

Hope this helps. They sent a certificate for a Sampler Collection. This is for 2 poses, 2- 8X10's, 6- 5X7's and 24 wallets.

mssadams... can you add the address for olin mills-- I went on -line to get their corporate address but can't find it--
I'm also trying to find an address for Nikko--I can get a web address but everytime I click it, the screen is black-- I'm trying to find out if they go under a different email address or corporate name. thanks for your help!
